Our new construction services cover everything from underground work, new wiring and lighting installation all the way to generator installs and specialty installations. All work is performed according to current NEC standards.

This could be something as simple as replacing lighting with more efficient and bright lights or renovating the entire house with new devices and fixtures. Panel/Service upgrades or repairs 

Your electrical panel and service (the outside meter and wiring) is the backbone of your entire electrical system. If your existing panel/service is too small or you have any concerns about the age of your system, please give us a call. We also install whole home surge protection which helps prevent storm/surge damage to your sensitive electronic devices throughout the house.  

Fixture and Lighting upgrade 

From replacing your ceiling fans and chandeliers to changing out those old fluorescent fixtures; let us update the lighting throughout your home. Don’t forget the outside of your home! We replace, repair and install exterior lighting as well as landscape lighting.  

A beautiful outdoor living space features a vaulted, tongue and groove wood ceiling with a dark stain. Recessed lighting is strategically placed throughout the ceiling, illuminating the space. A black ceiling fan with six blades hangs from the center of the peak, providing air circulation. The Eiland Electric logo is visible on a sticker near the fan control box. The walls are constructed of a combination of brown brick and stone, with large windows providing a view of the outdoors.
